Minimum age to rent?
The minimum age to sign a liability contract is 18 years and older.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the deposit is refunded at the end of the rental period. The deposit will be used in case of damage to or theft of the units.
Does it include a helmet and lock?
Yes, each bicycle comes with a chain lock and a helmet.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours' notice.
For cancellations on the same day, a charge of 50% of the reservation will be applied.
Do you deliver to hotels and homes?
Yes, bicycles can be delivered to certain areas of Puerto Morelos free of charge. For deliveries to more distant areas, there will be a charge depending on the distance.
